A 17 year old school girl is crouched over a Japanese-style toilet, doing her business. Suddenly, a policeman climbs over the wall, drunk, and assaults her.
This is a true story. It happened last night in Chiba prefecture.
"This is not something that should have been done by a police officer," prefectural police spokesman Hideo Okada told newspapers. Really, Mr. Okada? You think?
I'll update you guys when the police (the non-toilet-climbing ones) find out what his motive was.
