Takashi Momoda was cold, and he only had 30 yen in his pocket. For lack of a better idea, he broke into a doctor's home and stole 92,000 yen and a cell phone. Then he went to the police station at Tsukiji to report a lost registration card and, when he failed to report his cell phone number, he admitted that he stole it.
When questioned, he said he just wanted a warm place to sleep that night. I think that's kinda stupid. With the 92,000 yen, he could have stayed at a capsule hotel for a month. Silly man.
