More interesting finds on the busy Tokyo streets yesterday, when a woman walking her dog near an empty lot stumbled upon a dismembered male body--the bottom half, to be specific. Investigators think it could be the missing section of the torso that was found in Shinjuku last week. Could be, we'll wait to find out if they match.
