With pretty boy man love hitting the comic stands big with the Yaoi craze, it's no surprise that you can now buy candy that'll make you and your special "boy" friend into homodachi--your gay lover. Note that this is marketed to ordinarily straight men--the two boys on the illo are exchanging words like:
"I always thought you were handsome." and "Your body is so...muscular."
Notice how the guy on the left is hesitantly touching the other guy's nipple. And they're both blushing. And the three girls at the top are jealous because they've been working on these guys forever.
Homodachi is an ingenious word that melanges the prefix "homo" with the term "dachi"--friend. Unfortunately, it's more often used to tease people than to stand up for LGBT rights. But that could change over time.
