Giant Whale Sharks In Okinawa!

Whale_shark

Did you know that the biggest fish tank in the whole world is in Okinawa? And that there are three whale sharks--the largest and one of the rarest fish species known to man--in that gigantic tank? The third was just unveiled yesterday. Pretty crazy!

Check out this AP video, which really gives you an idea of how gynormous and awesome this creature is.

This is stunning. It's like another world. I so want to go.

Thank you for posting :)

& Happy New Year

I have been there it is so nice. You can eat at a table that is right next to the the glass at this tank. It is also a botanical garden and a history site. You can walk in to history houses and huts. It was so cool and you can take pictures anywhere in the buildings. I think it was only 900¥ for the garden and 1200¥ for the tanks.
