Someone sent me this picture of a naked girl wearing nothing but a painted anime girl. Whoever made this did a super good job!I love how she's prancing in a meadow amidst a bunch of picnicking people. Makes me think that she probably is 1) not in Japan and 2) not even Japanese. I am just speculating, though, based on the abundance of green grass and trees, the way the sunlight is hitting the ground, the way the people in the background are white, and the way the girl is shamelessly naked in public. Seems very un-Japanese to me.
Anyway, I love how the arms are actually the character's hair. It's cute-ish.

That looks like it's from Tokyo Style in Stockholm. An event held in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2004. That photo shoot was most likely done in Humlegården, a nice park near the centre of Stockholm.
http://www.2dk.net/tokyostyle/ is the official site, but I couldn't find that specific photo on there.
