This is sad. A 3-year old girl fell off of her balcony and died while her parents were playing Pachinko. Apparently, they left her home alone regularly to go out and sustain their unhealthy gambling habit. The girl, named Saki Watanabe, was asleep when the mom left the house around 2PM, but she must have woken up and wandered outside looking for her when she woke up an hour later. A resident in the same apartment building heard a thud, called the cops, and reported the incident.
