These ladies in Wakayama successfully made the longest yakitori in the world. It took 16 chickens and 35 humans to make this 16 and a half meters long skewer. Looks yummyyyyyy.

holy crap I miss YAKITORI! If anyone is in the kansai/kinki area and knows of the chain "Akiyoshi" but has never been there-- you're doing yourself a dis-service by not enjoying the delicious tasty treats there.
mmm...wakadori, hire, yakionigiri, agedashi dofu...
