Bikes are craZy expensive. I saw a used one in a repair shop up in Adachi-Ku, but the old rusty bike was like ¥6000. I'm all for supporting the small business man, but that price just sucked. New bikes are MUCH higher. I think it would be cheaper to ship my bike from the states.

As for this bike, I guess it would be cool if you don't want to sweat up before getting to work. Then you could just pedal home. (You know, I didn't read through it all yet, but it would be cool if your foot power, helped recharge the battery.)

It's a shame they are all sold out, but it just goes to show demand for electric bikes is high now.
