Two days ago, a boy showed up at a police station in Fukushima Prefecture, carrying with him a bag that contained the severed head of his 47-year old mother. "I killed her," he said. So the cops went to his house, found a headless woman's body, and arrested the kid.
The boy was known to have had psychiatric problems in the past. For some reason, he didn't live with his parents--he and his brother lived by themselves in a separate apartment. I don't know why.
When befuddled cops asked the boy why he'd done it, the boy said:
"I can kill people if a war breaks out. But there is no war, so I decided to kill a person now."
Ummmm. Yeah. I think they should send him to North Korea, maybe, I feel like they would know what to do with him.
Yeah. Or maybe China to help out with their over-population.
