This bizarre yet awesome animation by Bill Sneed features a Russian Little Red Riding Hood who wanders into some trippy Japanese commercial. I love it! Even the parts I don't really understand.

It makes me think of the South Park with the Chinpokomon episode where the Japanese lady appeared out of nowhere with slogans.
