Sega Toys' New Touch-Sensor Robot Speaks its own Language

Picture_2

I think I'm gonna trade Ruby in for a Mio! This four-legged, canine robot—which comes out in October 6th from Sega Toys—has so many awesome features that it's almost as good as having a real dog. It has sensors in all the right places—under the chin, behind its ears, in the small of its back—and responds to a good scratching with its wagging tail and icons that flash across its pink eyes. (A heart for when it's happy, a bone for when it's hungry, etc.)

Mio runs on batteries and speaks its own language, called Mionese. It also responds well to positive reinforcement, and will wag its tale if you whisper sweet nothings into its mic.
