Human traffic at any major transfer station in Tokyo on a weekday is completely off the hook. Brian and I needed to get from the convenience store to the ticket wicket across the giant hall at Shinagawa Station on our way to Narita, but the people kept coming, speed walking down the concourse at the exact same pace as if they were marching to work together. Here's a video of Brian making a run for it.

frogger!

ughh...this reminds me I must face the music of Tokyo station next month around noon.
I'm wondering how bad things are going to be in Kyoto this month. Bet the buses are packed.
P.S. I though the same thing as Lon. Here's some audio to enjoy with it.

Damn and here I was expecting parkour like swift movement sneaking in and out between the walkers.
At least he didn't knock anyone down and cause a big commotion.

my favourite thing to do whilst in a busy train station (Nagoya) was to try and walk in a straight line (usually using the yellow blind guideline as a guide) without moving for anyone.
I 5 months of traveling basically daily to and from university, I managed to do it twice. I can appreciate this video :D

It was exactly like that when I went there this summer... it's actually scary xD
On a random note, I wish I had bought a messenger bag like his while I was there, cause I saw them everywhere. Anyone know where to get one?
