Emily found a YouTube video of a guy playing Angels We Have Heard On High on a broccoli head. It looks like he made the instrument himself; his wife is accompanying him on an electronic keyboard.

Be sure to check out this one on youtube yourself. There are a variety of vegetables used for different songs. Especially cool, there's a "how to" video showing him making a carrot ocarina. The funny part is as he's carving the thing, he makes himself a salad with the chips, and later you can hear him crunching as he eats the "byproducts". Awesome.

Awesome! I've always loved the sound of the harpsichord. I can never get enough of some Baroque flavored music.
