On Boing Boing yesterday, I wrote a short article about natto. I personally come from a heavily natto-eating family and love the stuff, but some people think it's the nastiest shit in the world.
I also talk about the whole "is soy good or bad for you?" debate, and offer a simple recipe for natto spaghetti.
