There's a new drink making waves at karaoke bars and hostess clubs in Kabukicho. It's called a Tequila ball, and it looks like a nicely presented jello shot. According to the manager of the founding bar: "These were created for men who are looking to get women drunk with something that’s stylish and easy to drink."

Those kind of things are a chocking hazard. They get in the wind pipe then start melting into a viscus goo.
