In 2008, Chronicle published my book: Urawaza: Secret Everyday Tips and Tricks from Japan.
I am also the founder of The Tofu Project, a boutique program that helps Japanese entrepreneurs and creators think deeper, tell better stories, and go out into the world in a much bigger way. We work with companies like Mixi, Japan Airlines, and Salesforce.com.
Sometimes I try to explain Japanese culture on CNN, BBC, CBC, WSJ, ABC (so many acronyms!) or in person at places like the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan, ETech, and Ignite!

Pretty overpriced for what you're getting. Style over quality - but its probably the only conveyor style sushi place in UK

I don't get it. What's the story here? You found a british / japanese restaurant and did not try it. So? Sorry, but I really don't get this.

I found a Yo! Sushi in Leicester Square eight years ago. I was hungry. I ate there.
A year ago I spotted a Mexican restaurant in northern Tokyo. I did not eat there.
Last week there was an Italian restaurant at my hotel in San Francisco. I did not eat there.
I saw a Planet Hollywood in Paris. I ate there.
